About Kamala, Jay, and Venky

Kamala is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and SILVAR  (Silicon Valley Association of Realtors). She has considerable experience in customer service and has excellent negotiation and marketing skills. She holds an MA degree in Economics. She is one of the top realtors in the San francisco, Bay Area.

Kamala specializes in residential real estate sales in Cupertino, Moreland, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, and San Jose areas. She also has bought/sold homes in San Ramon, Fremont, Pleasanton, Mountain House, and Mountain View areas.  She has the first-hand knowledge of area schools, neighborhoods, local housing markets.

Jay Iyer is a young real estate sales person.  He has recently joined Intero.  Prior to that he has been assisting real estate agents and brokers for over four years.  He has strong knowledge in Bay Area Real Estate Market, Finance, and Accounting.  He also excels in marketing.
